Celvi Healthcare is a Portuguese health-tech company founded by a medical doctor who believes that technology should amplify, not replace, the human side of care. We design, operate and scale telemedicine solutions that bridge the gap between patients, clinicians and healthcare institutions.

Our work began inside the Portuguese National Health Service, where we support several Regional Health Units (ULS) through large-scale telemedicine programmes. With more than 5,000 consultations delivered and a growing network of over 50 physicians, we’ve validated processes, built operational expertise and developed a deep understanding of real clinical needs in digital environments.

Building on this foundation, we are now developing Clínica Online – a next-generation platform that connects patients to trusted doctors in a fast, intuitive and secure way. The platform enables on-demand and scheduled consultations, digital prescriptions, follow-up care and seamless communication. It is designed for modern users: Portuguese citizens with limited access to a family doctor, as well as expats, international residents and travellers who need reliable medical support in English.

Our vision is bold but practical: create a scalable digital ecosystem where medical professionals work with autonomy and patients receive timely, high-quality care. We combine clinical expertise with product thinking, data-driven decision-making and a strong commitment to user experience.

As we expand, Celvi Healthcare aims to become a reference in telemedicine, digital clinical operations and medical technology in Portugal and beyond — shaping the future of accessible, people-centred healthcare.
