I’m Rachelle Calina, CPA, Small Business Financial Coach, entrepreneur, and founder of Calina Consulting. With Calina Consulting, I work as a coach with entrepreneurs to increase profits, gain long-term perspective, and help them build the business they dreamed of when they started.

When I started my first business, I didn't have a clear vision of how my business would operate. My business was very unfocused, and I sometimes served the wrong clients. I overspent on staff and other costs, and I was less profitable on each client that I could have been. I was working so hard, but I wasn’t experiencing any of the success and freedom I had looked forward to when I founded the business. I felt frustrated, overwhelmed, and alone. I found a way to turn my business around.
