letsrocc is a senior-only diagnostic and intervention practice for organisations where marketing activity and reporting no longer reconcile with revenue, margin or customer behaviour.

We examine the commercial system across strategy, channels, measurement, technology, ownership and execution. The Marketing MRI normally takes two to three weeks and identifies the constraint, commercial exposure, decision ownership and the sequence for fixing it. We can then support controlled implementation or advise the leadership team while the changes are made.

Work is led directly by co-founders Claudia Misselwitz and Chris Wheeler. We are based in Frankfurt and work in German and English across DACH, the United Kingdom, Ireland and the United States. This is not a fractional CMO or volume agency offer.
