Busic Digital is a marketing agency for service businesses. We find what is actually costing you customers, then fix that first.

Founded in 2018 by Logan Busic. We work with service businesses in Charleston, SC and remotely across the U.S. Most clients are owner-operators and small teams of 5 to 50 people who have outgrown doing their own marketing.

How we work: every project starts with a review. Usually that is the free homepage review. You get a written list of what to fix, in the order we would fix it. Then we build the item at the top, ship it, and check whether calls and booked jobs actually went up. No rebuilding everything at once, and no monthly retainer selling more activity than you can use.

What we build:

- Websites, and page changes that turn more visitors into enquiries
- Paid campaigns on Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and Meta
- CRM and automation (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive)
- Reporting that shows which jobs came from where (GA4, server-side tracking)
- Follow-up systems: forms, qualifying questions, and replying fast

What is different: we do not pitch work you do not need. The review says what is wrong. If that is a $500 fix to one page, we do that. If it is a $20,000 rebuild, we say so and price it honestly.
