Founded in 2008, Brainwash Inc. was developing apps shortly after the App Store launched. Started by Bear Cahill who started developing professionally at IBM in 1990, Brainwash has produced over 100 apps in the App Store.

Bear Cahill also authored "iOS in Practice" for Manning Publishing, teaches iOS/Swift (on-site and remote corporate classes including Spotify) around the world and produces online Swift/iOS courses for Lynda.com/Linkedin Learning.
