Barrel Aged Ecommerce is a full-service Amazon agency built around a deliberate constraint: we cap our client list at 30 brands. That number isn't a marketing line. It's the point at which we can still be in every account ourselves, every week, without handing you off to a junior rep who learned Amazon last quarter.

Most agencies grow by adding headcount and layers. The founder sells you, then you meet your "dedicated account manager," and the person who actually knows your category is three degrees removed from your P&L. We went the other direction. When you hire us, you're working with the owners. 15+ years in ecommerce, and we're still the ones in the bulk uploads, the search query performance reports, and the bid adjustments.

What we handle: PPC across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display. Catalog and variation architecture. Listing optimization and compliance. Flat file operations. Brand Registry, A+, and storefronts. FBA logistics and inventory planning. Case management with Seller Support when things break, which on Amazon is often.
