Aspen IT Group is a managed IT provider built only for architecture, engineering, and construction firms. We are based in East Tennessee and work with firms there and across the country. Most IT companies treat a design firm like any other office. We do not. We already know Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BIM 360, so you are not stuck explaining your own software to the person who is supposed to support it. We watch your systems in the background and catch problems before they stop your day. We test your backups instead of just running them. And when something breaks, you send one note and we take it from there.
