The AR Dept is a managed AI staffing function for owner-managed, admin-heavy businesses. We deploy Agent Resources, AI workers given a defined role and managed like staff, to take on the repeatable back-office admin that holds a small business back: client onboarding, document chasing, compliance and AML checks, data entry and routine client updates. We handle the scoping, build, integration and day-to-day management on our own platform, so nothing is handed over as software for the team to operate. The judgement stays with your people; the process work goes to the agent. Initial focus is accountancy, recruitment and legal, and any owner-managed business drowning in repeatable admin. The result is more capacity without another hire.
