Applied AI Consulting is a student-led development team based in Dallas, TX, specializing in AI-enabled client portals, custom web applications, and business websites.

We build software that helps professional services firms — insurance agencies, financial advisors, law firms, and CPA practices — replace manual workflows with modern, AI-powered systems. Our current work includes a full-stack client and agent portal for a Texas independent insurance agency, built with React, secure backend APIs, role-based access control across four user roles, and Anthropic API integration for AI features.

We also build professional websites for local service businesses that need a clean, modern online presence to get found on Google and convert visitors into customers.

Led by Deepak Murali and Yoshua Alexander, founders and CS students, our team delivers production-ready software — clean code, proper security, and real engineering — at significantly below agency rates. Clients get senior-level output without the senior-level price tag.
