## About

aiAdaptiv is an AI development studio founded by Kacper Hernacki, working remote-first from Poland with clients worldwide.

We build six things: AI SaaS products, mobile apps, AI automations and agents, scoped AI pilots, AI marketing systems, and an AI app factory for teams that need many internal tools rather than one. Every one of them is running in production for a paying client.

Two things make an engagement with us different.

First, price. Every project is quoted as one fixed number, set after a free 30-minute mapping call once the scope is clear. No hourly billing, no rate card, no invoice you did not see coming. If a project is not worth building, we say so instead of scoping it.

Second, ownership. We deploy inside your cloud account, under your keys. Data residency, GDPR and the EU AI Act are the constraints we start from, not a compliance review bolted on at the end. When the engagement ends you keep a running system, the code, the documentation and the infrastructure — intellectual property transfers on full payment. An ongoing retainer is available and never a condition.

There is no account-management layer. The person who writes your proposal is the person who architects the build: twelve years of full-stack engineering since 2014, four of them building with large language models, and 20+ AI use cases shipped.
