## About

AI Nativ revamps the operational layer of a business, its workflows, handoffs, and decision points, so AI agents can execute the work end-to-end. What is unique about us is governance.

This is not AIOps or IT infrastructure monitoring.

AI Nativ is led by Dilini Galanga, who spent years at Google working as a Policy Specialist and holds a foreign law degree with a background in IT compliance and legal risk. The majority of AI implementation firms have no policy or governance depth.

We build AI agent systems with compliance, risk, and legal exposure considered from the start, not retrofitted after deployment. We mainly work with owner-led and founder-run businesses where operations still run on tribal knowledge and manual handoffs.

Our method has three phases:

- diagnose the operational layer and identify the highest-leverage pilot,
- redesign the parts of the operation that intercept agent execution,

then ship one pilot workflow and measure it before scaling.

We build human-in-the-loop AI agent systems, not unsupervised full automation. Agents work alongside your team, not around them.
