We connect directly to ad accounts, extract performance data, and run it through a structured diagnostic framework built around six health signals: learning phase health, creative concentration, budget concentration, pixel signal health, audience overlap, and attribution integrity.

The output is a Chaos Index score (0 to 10) measuring structural account health, an estimated recoverable spend figure, and a prioritised set of prescriptions: specific fixes with confidence levels and estimated impact.

We do not manage ad accounts, create ads, or run campaigns. We diagnose structural waste and prescribe what to fix. Implementation is carried out by the advertiser's team or their existing agency.
