Adaca is a software consultancy, founded in Sydney in 2015 and led from Australia. We build custom software, embed senior engineers in client teams, and put AI to work in our clients' businesses.

Our model is hybrid. Leadership, design and client collaboration sit in Australia and New Zealand, in your meetings and your timezone. Engineering scale sits in our Manila delivery centre, under the same leadership. An Australian delivery lead is your point of contact, and everyone else reports through them.

People. Senior engineers embedded in your team, or a managed team with its own delivery lead. Our recruitment team assesses candidates, and our engineering team cross-checks and reviews them. Engineers work your hours, including Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Average retention is 4.5 years, shortlists take 48 hours, and a 30 day replacement guarantee applies. Engagements start at one engineer.

Technology. Custom software designed beside you and built by our engineers. Our AI work starts with consulting: we map the processes you actually run and work out where an agent returns the most. We test every agent against historical runs of the same workflow, so we measure it on work your business has already done. Nothing goes live without your sign-off. We work across Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot, so the platform follows the use case.

Our clients include ANZ, IAG, Qantas, EY, Prospa and ABL Corp. We have delivered programmes for the United Nations, the World Food Programme and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. We hold ISO 27001 certification, and we meet SOC 2 Type 2 requirements with the audit pending.
