Our process gives CPA firms greater control over offshore hiring. Clients define the position, review qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and select the professional who best fits their firm. There is no requirement to sign a long-term service agreement simply to begin sourcing or interviewing candidates. Billing begins only when the selected offshore professional starts working.

We support each engagement through recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, HR support, secure office facilities, computer equipment, IT support, and ongoing operational assistance.
