## About

Accepire is an Azure engineering practice working with companies that have outgrown their cloud setup. Not a general development agency.

Most of what we do falls into three areas. We audit Azure environments where the bill has drifted away from what the architecture actually requires, usually 20 to 40 percent above where it should be. We stabilise systems that have become fragile, typically AKS clusters or .NET applications that fail in ways nobody on the team can reliably reproduce. And we run ongoing governance for teams who want the environment kept in shape rather than fixed once and left to drift again.

The audit is fixed fee at €4,500 for five business days. If we don't identify annualised savings worth at least three times the fee, you pay nothing. We work from read-only access, scoped to the subscriptions you nominate, or from a cost export if your policy doesn't permit direct access at all.

What makes us different is who does the work. Every engagement is delivered by Dr. Asif Bhat, who holds a PhD in computer science and has spent over ten years on enterprise .NET and Azure delivery. There's no bench, no rotation, and nobody junior learning on your production environment. The engineer on your first call is the one writing your code.

That model has a limit and we're straight about it. We take on a small number of engagements at a time. If we're not the right fit, or your Azure spend is low enough that an audit wouldn't pay for itself, we'll tell you on the first call rather than sell you something.

Recent work includes reducing a Luxembourg client's Azure spend by roughly €3,000 a month against a €4,500 baseline, and taking their report generation from seven minutes to 42 seconds.
